Preparing For The High Holidays

Selwyn Gerber would like to invite you to attend a series of 3 High Holiday Shiurim he is hosting in our office next month entitled “Turning the Days of Awe into Awesome Days.”

Here are the dates:

1) Thursday, September 3rd IY”H given by Rabbi Kalman Topp.

2) Wednesday, September 9th IY”H given by Rabbi Elazar Muskin.

3) Thursday, September 17th IY”H given by Rabbi Yisroel Gordon.

Each shiur will start at noon and finish promptly at 1 pm. Lunch will be provided. Men and women welcome.

About Luke Ford

Raised a Seventh-Day Adventist at Avondale College in Australia, Luke Ford moved to California in 1977. He graduated from Placer High School in 1984, reported the news at KAHI/KHYL radio for three years, attended Sierra College and UCLA, was largely bedridden by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for six years, and converted to Judaism in 1993. From 1997-2007, Luke made his living from blogging. Living by Beverly Hills (, he now teaches the Alexander Technique (moving the way the body likes to move).
